Through the new appointment link, visitors can apply for an appointment and receive a QR coded, Timed-One Time Password for the period assigned for the appointment on their email.

Through the verify the validity of purpose and time for appointment link, the system admin can approve or disapprove the purpose and time of visit depending on the circumstances.
